Remember how there were supposed to be two airframes left over from the pre WW II Rose
Parrakeet production, which ended up as Hannaford Bee Experimentals? Well at the time of Doug Rhinehart's death in 1978, Rhinehart-Rose Manufacturing, Inc had a sixth as yet unsold, airframe (S/N
510 with reserved N-number 14885), which created it's own saga in the Parrakeet lore. It was never certified in the "commercial" category. It took twenty years for it to be completed and

I have chosen to include N63950 in the Rhinehart-Rose section, because the airframe was welded up in Doug's shop using the same jigs as the previous
five "certified" aircraft and it retains the Rhinehart Rose serial number. We can only speculate that Doug intended to license production of additional certified aircraft from Jack Rose.
